Pas assez de personnel, le personnel n'a pas la formation nécesaire pour s'occuper des résidents avec des pertes cognitives. Lorsque tu demandes quelques choses au personnel, il dise toujours ''je n'étais pas là'', ''on ne me l'à pas dit'' .... Il charge des sommes phénoménales pour les services. Le loyer n'est pas élevé, ce sont tous les services qui sont ajoutés. Lorsque je visite ma soeur, je suis obligé de tout vérifié si c'est fait et je dois l'aider. Il ne faut pas que j'attende plus de 2 jours avant d'y retourner. Le coût mensuel est très très élevé
Questions and answers
Résidence très agréable, une institution dans Outremont depuis plus de 40 ans. Le personnel est attentif, réceptif et toujours disponible au bien-être des résidents. Les appartements rénovés et les aires communes invitantes .deux terrasses BBQ, feux de camp avec Chant et guitare en été et des salons avec foyer pour l'hiver. Un vrai coup de cœur .
