Depuis le départ de l'ex-directeur général, Philippe Richard, les relations entre les résidents et les proches sont meilleures. Une mise en garde s'impose : a) ne placez pas vos parents à l'Archipel au 2e étage, du Manoir : b) la gestion est médiocre et le personnel n'a pas la formation ni les compétences pour travailler avec des personnes en perte d'autonomie ; c) faute d'une pièce où les résidents pourraient se changer les idées, on les laisse assis en rangée devant les ascenseurs à longueur de journée......triste réalité ; d) les services d'hygiène donnés par des employés d'une agence sont expéditifs ; e) la lessive des vêtements est dysfonctionnel ; f) il n'y aucune cuisine au 2e étage ; les plats sont livrés sur des chariots et le personnel fait un bruit infernal ; g) on laisse les aînés assis en rang d'oignon devant les ascenseurs à longueur de journée. En résumé, ce fut une expérience pénible pour notre maman qui a souffert.
