Located in Sainte-Catherine, next to the majestic Saint-Laurent river, the Domaine des Cascades of the Groupe Immo 1er is a private residence for seniors. This residence welcomes independent seniors, with a slight loss of autonomy (semi-autonomous) as well as people with cognitive loss and Alzheimer's. The facility has recently been expanded to offer a total of 267 accommodation units (studios, 3 ½, 4 ½), an indoor pool, cinema, as well as a care unit of 32 studios adapted for residents with Alzheimer. Several services are offered: an on-site nurse, meal plans 1 meal or 2 meals a day, dining table service and much more.
