J’ai remarqué que le ménage fait pour mon amie était négligé (poussière et toiles d’araignée). En général, elle trouve la nourriture bonne et elle est contente. Les infirmières prennent soin d’elle, mais elle trouve que c’est cher.
What strikes you immediately upon entering this residence is the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is dedicated to the residents. I had the pleasure of attending a quiz led by the recreation coordinator in both French and English. The residents thoroughly enjoyed participating.
The residence is clean and well-maintained. It offers excellent value for money, not to mention its ideal location near shops and services.
Mon beau-frère, qui est atteint de la maladie d’Alzheimer et qui habitait seul auparavant, y réside maintenant. On voit qu’il se sent plus heureux et moins confus. Cela est possible grâce à l’empathie de tout le personnel. Merci aussi à Mme Valérie Boucher, la conseillère à la location, qui s’est assurée qu’il reçoive tout ce dont il a besoin pour sa qualité de vie.
