I had major foot surgery. And I needed a room with service for a few months. Well I choose wisely. Madame Helene, Amy. Anna, and Jesse were exceptional.I had a good size room, with a nice flat screen tv, free internet, and 3 square meals a day. And I have to mentioned that Madame Helene's cooking is outstanding.I was mainly bedridden and as was able to get into my comfortable chair to eat my meals and have my bed made up. They sweeped your room daily. My experience with the staff was very professional, and friendly. This is a bilingual household, but for the most part I spoke french. If you need a short term or long, you are in the right place. I want to thank the staff once again, and Madame Helene you made my recorvery, most pleasant. I give this residence 5*. The other residence roomates are interesting, and you will love it over the big box institutions. You get hands on service, and they take the covid situation seriously.
