J’ai remarqué des changements depuis le changement de gestion. Les repas me semblent plus coûteux et l’offre est réduite. Il y a également un certain roulement de personnel. Certaines prestations sont maintenant facturées, ce qui est décevant pour ma tante.
Questions and answers
Nourriture exécrable depuis le changement de gestionnaire de la résidence. Manque de services. Manque de personnel. Plus souvent qu’autrement, les résidents qui arrivent à partir de 17h pour souper, n’ont plus rien à manger. Pourtant, le prix est resté le même… Les résidents qui paient pour le service de repas devraient recevoir un crédit.
