Très difficile de se faire comprendre...Quand nous avons un probleme incroyable, pas d eau chaude la veille du Jour de l'an et le lendemain sans avertissement personne en service, propreté laisse à désirer. Mais belle appartement beau site très dispendieux. Personnel de maintenance est à l'écoute mais font ce qu'il peuve. Cet endroit pourrait être mieux gérer pour le bien être des personnes âgées, un sourire un Bonjour aide à se sentir apprécié dans ces lieux où ils seraient bon d'y vivre!!!

Je suis ici depuis 6 mois et je suis très heureuse de mon déménagement! Il y a beaucoup d'activités et le personnel est toujours serviable et souriant. On voit beaucoup de bonne volonté pour régler les problèmes. Seul bémol, le ménage obligatoire mensuel: je n'ai jamais vu un ménage où je dois dire de faire l'époussettage et quoi nettoyer, de laver la cuisine et on ne fait pas le ramassage des ordures. J'aimerais autant payer ma femme de ménage 2 fois/mois que de l'utiliser 1 fois/mois comme maintenant mais on nous dit que ce n'est pas possible... mais malgré ce désagrément, je suis bien contente d'être ici.
