Reminiscent of Holland's "alzheimer's house" concept, this private residence is located in Terrebonne and can accommodate seniors with cognitive diseases, such as dementia and Alzheimer's.
This large complex of three houses has 144 places and of this number 96 are reserved as intermediate resources to the public. Each household has its living space: living room, balcony, kitchen, bathed in light.
Quality care is provided by highly specialized staff and the ratio of 1 employee to 4 patients will ensure personalized follow-up to needs. The goal is to preserve the quality of life and the autonomy of residents so that they can live at their own pace.
All staff members have followed the continuing education program by Philippe Voyer, a leading researcher related to the field of cognitive disorders in gerontology.

La résidence vient tout juste d'ouvrir. Il reste des choses à peaufiner mais la direction est hyper ouverte. Ce sera un endroit rêvé dans quelques mois. Le personnel est très coopératif et très aidant. C'est un endroit rêvé pour nos vieux jours.

Les employés sont attentionnés, l’atmosphère est calme et il y a beaucoup d’activités. J’apprécie beaucoup avoir des nouvelles quotidiennes en privé sur Instagram.
