je n'aie rien contre la residence mais c'est enorme pour une personne assez age pour des gens plus habile c'est parfait peut-etre un peu plus de visite de l'infirmiere en appartement pour ceux qui on de la deficulte a se retrouver

Depuis l'arrivée du nouveau directeur en janvier 2026, la qualité globale du service s'est dégradée considérablement. Les personnes âgées sont censées être choyées et bien traitées, et non négligées ou ignorées. Ramenez le pasteur, ramenez les collations et les moments sociaux de l'après-midi ! Ils payent pour être nourris, alors offrez-leur de bons repas. Le succès de toute bonne entreprise repose sur la satisfaction de sa clientèle. Le nouveau directeur a tout intérêt à se ressaisir et à modifier son approche inhumaine.
