6 jours sans aucun ascenseur fonctionnel dans la résidence. À mon sens, il est anormal que la réparation ne puisse être effectuée en 6 jours. Est-ce normal que les personnes à mobilité réduite doivent prendre tous leurs repas dans leur chambre ? Où est le bien-être des aînés ?

Nouvelle résidente depuis un mois, je suis très satisfaite de mon expérience. La réception, véritable cœur de la résidence, se distingue par son professionnalisme, sa gentillesse et son dévouement à notre bien-être et à notre sécurité. L’accueil chaleureux des résidents facilite aussi grandement l’intégration. C’est grâce à ma conseillère en hébergement, que j’ai reçu toutes les informations nécessaires sur les services et les règlements, et je n’ai jamais été laissée à moi-même. Une visite complète m’a été offerte, avec une présentation des différents responsables. Mon adaptation s’est très bien déroulée grâce à une organisation remarquable. Elle a su mettre en valeur le fait que c’est une grande famille et que tout est fait pour notre bien-être. Je ne peux que la remercier. Je souligne également la propreté impeccable des lieux, la beauté du site, les repas santé, ainsi que l’ambiance agréable et les nombreuses activités offertes. On s’y sent vraiment comme dans une grande famille. Un milieu de vie sécuritaire et bien organisé. Merci la vie!
