The property has a large 17th floor panoramic dining room where you can share a good meal. Upstairs, you will also find a large balcony for your walks that will give you access to a breathtaking view of the river. This residence welcomes residents with loss of autonomy (semi-autonomous) and those who need a short stay / convalescence. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, tout le monde se salue. Les récréologues sont incroyables et le nombre d’activités est si nombreux que nous devons faire des choix très difficiles. Il y a un nombre incroyable de bénévoles pour organiser toutes les activités. Les services sont très adéquats. Quelques personnes se plaignent de la nourriture, mais je suis sûr qu’ils n’ont jamais mangé à la salle à manger. Pour ma part et celle de mon épouse, nous sommes des plus satisfaits. Nourriture incroyablement variée et nous n’avons jamais mangé autant de légumes de notre vie. Le seul bémol est qu’au moment où nous sommes servis, ce n’est pas toujours chaud. Il y a tout de même quatre micro-ondes disséminés dans la salle à manger.
Questions and answers
Mon avis est basé sur un essai payant de 3 nuits, logement-3 repas/jour et accès à toutes les activités et commodités… Notre séjour a été très agréable, sauf à l’arrivée, car l’appartement qu’on nous a alloué avais 2 vieux lits jumeaux, dotés de matelas en grande fin de vie et on pouvait très aisément sentir les ressorts dans le dos… L’appartement ne contenait aucun cadre ou peinture sur les murs, la causeuse était déchirée à 3 endroits et la table de salon était plus que chambranlante. Donc, la première impression des lieux laissait beaucoup à désirer ! Les matelas ont été remplacés le lendemain par d’autres matelas un peu plus confortables. Les employés sont très gentils, la nourriture est bonne et la quantité offerte est très bien. Endroit très propre et agréable. Les employés à la réception sont très gentils et avenants. Au final, je n’aurais aucun problème à y demeurer dans quelques années.
