5-week rotating menus that incorporate local and seasonal products. The rotating menu changes each season. It is created based on resident preferences and with the involvement of the food service chefs from each LOKIA Group facility, as well as our corporate director of food services. The vast majority of LOKIA residences employ the services of a pastry chef for the preparation of homemade desserts!

In January 2002, Les Immeubles Roussin acquired the seniors' residence, Les Jardins Lebourgneuf, which had 72 rental units. A few years later, the residence welcomed nearly 300 residents, in different living environments, designed for autonomous and semi-autonomous individuals, those experiencing physical loss of autonomy, and those with cognitive impairments (Alzheimer's disease) using a prosthetic approach. In 2021, the LOKIA Group became the new owner of Les Jardins Lebourgneuf. The residence thus became the 13th address of the Group, which already has several residences in Quebec and New Brunswick.

Questions and answers
Ma mère y a passé 1 mois en convalescence pour fracture bassin et coude et on a dû la sortir parce que nous, la famille, nous étions témoins du manque de soins qu’on pouvait lui donner. Faute probable du manque de personnel mais aussi constaté que plusieurs d’entre eux étaient nonchalants, inefficaces ce qui lui ont causé des problèmes additionnels tel une infection urinaire majeure dû à une négligence de changement de couche (trop longtemps dans sa couche souillée, voir même toute la journée), un doigt infecté de pu (non détecté) qui a nécessité une chirurgie. Des plaies de lit occasionnés par un manque de changements de positions. En somme, c’est un centre parfait si on est en forme et autonome mais ZÉRO si on a besoin de soin particulier.
