Les Quartiers des Rivières, by the Cogir Group, welcome you to a friendly and secure living environment in the heart of the beautiful city of Quebec. The complex consists of three distinct buildings, carefully designed to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
Each of the three buildings houses a portion of the 1079 available units. These units are divided into Private Residences for Seniors (RPA) with 704 units, Intermediate Residences (RI) with 240 units, and 135 other units for various purposes.
Les Quartiers des Rivières has the capacity to accommodate 1164 residents, whether they are on a short-term stay, semi-independent, independent, retired, or suffering from Alzheimer's and other cognitive impairments. We have created a comforting and adaptable environment for everyone, ensuring all feel at home in our residences.

Il semble qu'il y a souvent des petites mouches noires qui se promène dans la résidence. Les repas ne sont pas assez chaude. L'accompagnement de riz est souvent au rendez-vous sur le menu. L'accompagnement de riz est souvent au rendez-vous sur le menu. Il arrive souvent à la personne en charge de la réception de manquer d'énergie et de chaleur envers les locataires. Elle pourrait faire plus d'effort et montrer plus d'empathie envers la clientèle.
Questions and answers
Les chambres et les installations de la nouvelle section de la clairière , côté B, est vraiment bien tandis-que la section A est plus vielle et bien moins alléchante et sécuritaire. Il y a un service de répit pour la famille en collaboration avec le ciuss. Les résidents y sont bien. Par contre, la nourriture n'est vraiment pas mangeable, il n'y a qu'un seule choix de plat, le deuxième est un restant pas frais. Il y a une grande rotation du personnel comme dans la plupart des résidences. La gestion du personnel est médiocre. Il n'y pas d'activités à chaque jour, les résidents non-autonomes passent leur journée à écouter la télévision dans le grand salon.....
