This alternative seniors' home, which will provide 42 places for the region's population, will be built in place of the Sainte-Élisabeth Accommodation Centre, which has been closed since 2019.

This new type of accommodation will be more reminiscent of a home and will promote human contact as well as a more active lifestyle, among other things through access to landscaped outdoor spaces and indoor facilities better adapted to the needs of residents and their loved ones.
