The quality of the food is very disappointing. Often, there is no more decaffeinated coffee for those who are unlucky enough to be the last to have their orders taken. Also, although residents are asked to give their choice of meal a week in advance, it sometimes happens that the kitchen no longer has the chosen option when it's their turn to order. To start the washing-machine, you must first shut off then turn back on the corresponding circuit breaker in the electrical box; probably something that goes against fire safety rules or insurance policies? The washing-machine is also too high, and we need a small stepping-stool to be able to see the function settings (it's also too dark in the wash pantry). Finally, it often takes 3 hours or more to dry a load of towels; the dryer is just awful. The swimming pool is too deep for someone who is 5' tall: even on their tippy-toes, they can barely keep their heads above water. At least the staff is very good.
