This maison des aînés et alternative, which will make 96 places available to the region's population, i.e. 72 places for seniors and 24 places for adults with specific needs, will be located at the corner of Ellice and Victor-Léger streets. This site will provide residents with a living environment on a human scale, consisting of eight air-conditioned units with 12 places each, and including individual rooms with toilets and showers adapted for each resident. The MDA Salaberry-de-Valleyfield plans to welcome its first residents in Fall 2023.
