This maison des aînés, which will make 48 places available to seniors in the region, will be located on land extending from rue Chopin, behind the École des Falaises. The facilities will provide residents with a living environment on a human scale, consisting of four air-conditioned units with 12 places each, and including individual rooms with toilets and showers adapted for each resident. The maison des aînés de Prévost will welcome seniors with an important loss of autonomy and who, in a proportion of about 80%, have major neurocognitive disorders.
