The Maison des aînés de Sainte-Rose, slated for construction in Laval, is a project designed to offer seniors a human-scale living environment that fosters well-being, social connections, and personalized support tailored to their needs.

The project features a layout centered on households of 12 rooms, each equipped with its own accessible bathroom and shower. This model aims to encourage close connections among residents, their loved ones, and the care staff.
