Located on the site of the former residence of the Congrégation de Notre-Dame de Montréal, the new Résidence des Bâtisseurs, Sainte-Adèle, preserves a site representative of the local built heritage.
Construction is now complete! The structure is entirely in concrete and is connected to the current building by a footbridge.
In its first phase, it has more than 159 apartments, including studios, 3 ½ and 4 ½, and will be equipped with elevators.
Then there are many air-conditioned common areas, a dining room with table service and a library.
The Sainte-Adèle complex for independent retirees can accommodate more than 220 residents who benefit from entertainment, leisure and housekeeping services.
The Care Center - Le Phare has several units to offer a care service to residents with a slight loss of autonomy.
