CHSLD des Patriotes is a new long-term and quality residential center for seniors who are losing their physical or cognitive autonomy. This public accommodation center is located in Saint-Eustache. Designed to welcome residents in a safe, warm and humane setting, this new CHSLD offers a unique living environment, "at home". The CHSLD des Patriotes has a prosthetic unit for residents with dementia who demonstrate the same type of cognitive loss. For an admission request, please refer to your CLSC.

Ce n’est pas facile d’être obligé de déménager nos parents dans un CHSLD, mais Le Patriotes, pour ma maman et nous, ce fut sa dernière demeure et quel services elle a reçu. De l’attention, de l’amour, des rires et plus encore. Merci à tous les employés, médecin, infirmières, infirmières auxiliaires, préposés, accueil, personnels de direction et personnels des loisirs, c’est du plus profond de notre cœur, que nous vous disons MERCI BEAUCOUP pour le bonheur et le confort apporter à notre maman. Soyez assurés, que je retournerai vous saluer car vous avez été des personnes humaines et très réconfortantes. Je n’hésiterez pas à recommander votre centre.
