The CHSLD des Patriotes provides long-term, high-quality accommodation services to residents entrusted by the Integrated Health and Social Services Center (CISSS) of the Laurentians. In addition to regular housing for seniors with physical or cognitive loss of autonomy, the residence has specialized units for residents with dementia or similar cognitive impairments.
Located on Arthur-Sauvé Boulevard in the heart of the city, CHSLD des Patriotes is also close to Saint-Eustache Hospital and numerous services.

Ce n’est pas facile d’être obligé de déménager nos parents dans un CHSLD, mais Le Patriotes, pour ma maman et nous, ce fut sa dernière demeure et quel services elle a reçu. De l’attention, de l’amour, des rires et plus encore. Merci à tous les employés, médecin, infirmières, infirmières auxiliaires, préposés, accueil, personnels de direction et personnels des loisirs, c’est du plus profond de notre cœur, que nous vous disons MERCI BEAUCOUP pour le bonheur et le confort apporter à notre maman. Soyez assurés, que je retournerai vous saluer car vous avez été des personnes humaines et très réconfortantes. Je n’hésiterez pas à recommander votre centre.
