Ma conjointe est résidente au CHSLD St-Eusèbe de Joliette depuis décembre 2023. Je suis à même de constater que l'esprit d'équipe dans le travail quotidien prend toute son importance. Pour les résidentes et les résidents, cela contribue à créer un climat de sécurité tout à fait nécessaire dans ce type d'établissement. Le bâtiment est âgé, mais le personnel tout à fait dévoué. C'est le personnel qui doit compter compter.
