Depuis juillet dernier, tous les départements ont pris la tangente du bien-être des résidents. Bonne écoute, bon service, nourriture variée et excellente. Je suis ici depuis plusieurs années et je vais y rester le plus longtemps que je pourrai.

Questions and answers
La nouvelle personne qui tient le dépanneur aurait tout intérêt à prendre des cours d'amabilité pour le service à la clientèle. Elle manque grandement de courtoisie et de serviabilité. Quand on lui demande de la nourriture sèche pour chats, on se fait répondre qu'elle n'en tiendra pas en magasin sous prétexte que la date de péremption n'est que d'un an... Vivement le retour de l'ancienne équipe et vivement des cours de bon service à la clientèle
