Living at the Marronniers means having access to a variety of practical services in a serene and safe environment. Benefit from a hair salon, a pharmacy, a large dining room with table services, a library, a 24-hour nursing staff and more , all in an enchanting environment with views of the St. Lawrence River and the Château Frontenac.
Le service pour les personnes en appartement est vraiment bien et le personnel est très gentil. Cependant, l’unité de soins présente des défis, notamment en ce qui concerne les soins d’hygiène. Il serait important d’améliorer certains aspects, comme l’entretien des cheveux, le brossage des dents et les soins d’hygiène générale, pour assurer le bien-être des résidents. Une meilleure coordination avec les ressources du CLSC pourrait aussi faire une différence. Merci au personnel pour leur dévouement, mais il y a des points à revoir pour offrir une expérience encore meilleure.
