J'ai passé 5 jours en février, dans cette résidence, après avoir subit une chirurgie de replacement de genou. J'y ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience: Mes draps n'ont pas été une seule fois (même après avoir eu un accident urinaire)!! J'ai eu la tv un seul jour. Le téléphone dans ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Je devais utiliser le téléphone d'une autre personne. Au déjeuner, le gruau était une boule épaisse et collante! J'avais soif et j'ai attendu une heure pour enfin boire de l'eau. On entend des résidents pleurer et se plaindre! En somme, cette résidence est déprimante. C'est triste que des résidents vivent là d'une façon permanente. Je suis sortie de là 3 jours avant ma date planifiée.
