Les Quartiers des Rivières, by the Cogir Group, welcome you to a friendly and secure living environment in the heart of the beautiful city of Quebec. The complex consists of three distinct buildings, carefully designed to meet the diverse needs of our residents.
Each of the three buildings houses a portion of the 1079 available units. These units are divided into Private Residences for Seniors (RPA) with 704 units, Intermediate Residences (RI) with 240 units, and 135 other units for various purposes.
Les Quartiers des Rivières has the capacity to accommodate 1164 residents, whether they are on a short-term stay, semi-independent, independent, retired, or suffering from Alzheimer's and other cognitive impairments. We have created a comforting and adaptable environment for everyone, ensuring all feel at home in our residences.

Jusqu'a présent, j'aime mon appartement. Nous aurons bientôt une nouvelle formule pour les repas (a venir au mois d'octobre). La carte de repas nous permettra de pouvoir choisir entre un repas du midi ou du soir, donc transférable au choix. La nouvelle directrice est très attentive à nous. La qualité des repas pourrait être améliorée. La dame qui s'occupe des activités nous offre beaucoup de choix et est également très attentive.
Questions and answers
Les employés manquent d'expérience. Ayant moi-même travaillé dans le milieu, je connais bien le rôle du préposé, et malheureusement, le manque de personnel affecte la qualité de la main d'oeuvre. Les heures de repas sont bien, mais parfois ils manquent de jugement et de logique. Aucune flexibilité si le résident arrive en retard au dîner de quelques minutes.
