Me mère a été à cette résidence pendant environ 3 ans. Ils ont acceptés une personne qui était atteinte de la maladie d'Alzheimer malgré le fait qu'ils n'étaient pas prêts à recevoir cette personne. Ils ont perdu 2 fois ma mère et ils nous ont avisés qu'ils nous pourraient plus la prendre après 3 ans. Ils n'auraient pas dû la prendre. Mise à part cela, aucune activés cognitive pour l'aider, clairement non adapté.
