The Residence Roc-Amadour is a not-for-profit organization (NPO). It welcomes retirees people who are autonomous and have lost autonomy (semi-autonomous). The Residence Roc-Amadour is located in Limoilou on the North Shore of Quebec City. It is a warm environment where it is important for staff to meet the needs of residents. Moreover, it is essential for this residence of Limoilou to have a good collaboration with the families. There is a spirit of collaboration with this non-profit organization. We want residents to develop a sense of belonging to their place of residence.

Ils donnent un bon service et sont serviables. Quand les résidents reviennent de l'hôpital, ils les accompagnent jusqu'à leur chambre et ils ont la possibilité de manger dans leur chambre s'ils ne se sentent pas bien. Tout est propre Il y a quelques activités de disponibles.
Questions and answers
Ma soeur y habite depuis cinq ans. C'est bien mais il n'y a pas d'air climatisé dans les aires communes, donc il fait très chaud à la salle à manger, c'est insupportable. Peu d'activités y sont organisées.
