Residence History

Manoir Tadoussac – A Warm and Human Living Environment Since opening in 2014, Manoir Tadoussac in Chicoutimi-Nord, Saguenay has become a leading senior living. Founded by a local family, the residence has been managed by the second generation since 2022, embodying values of closeness and compassion. In 2017, the Manoir added a specialized unit for individuals with cognitive impairments, offering a secure and respectful environment with personalized care. In response to high demand, 42 new air-conditioned units are currently under construction, set to be ready by late 2025, bringing the total to 152 apartments and 16 care unit spots. Manoir Tadoussac offers more than just a place to live: it’s a dynamic living environment where each resident can feel safe and fulfilled at every stage of aging.
