This maison des aînés et alternative, which will be located on the site of the former Claire-Fontaine building, at the corner of avenue F.-X.-Bouchard and rue Roland, will offer the population 120 places in single rooms with adapted toilets and showers, in a living environment on a human scale. Of these spaces, 96 will be reserved for seniors and 24 others will be for adults with specific needs. The maison des aînés et alternative is set to open in Winter 2023.
