It is created based on resident preferences and with the involvement of the food service chefs from each LOKIA Group facility, as well as our corporate director of food services. In 2011, the Lemay family proudly opened the doors to one of the finest senior residences in Beauport—Les Jardins d’Évangéline. Built on a vacant lot just 10 minutes from downtown, the residence initially welcomed 159 independent retirees. A second phase of construction followed in July 2014, adding 28 new units. The year 2017 marked a major turning point. In March, the residence obtained certification to accommodate semi-autonomous residents, and that spring, a significant partnership was formed with Groupe LOKIA. This collaboration paved the way for a large-scale expansion, making it the second-largest senior residence in Québec by 2018, with a total of 425 units. This third phase of construction included a five-story annex (153 units) attached to the existing Main Pavilion, as well as the three-story Oasis Pavilion (85 units), connected by a walkway. Following this expansion, Groupe LOKIA fully took over the management of the residence.

    Ma mère y séjourne depuis un an. Elle est super contente et très heureuse. Le choix était difficile car les résidences se ressemblent toutes. Ils nous ont rassurés et bien expliqué tous les frais. Les activités sont nombreuses et tous les gens sont gentils. Les repas sont excellents pour y avoir manger plusieurs fois. Elle a dû déménager dans un autre appartement car elle voulait un appartement avec laveuse-sécheuse. Tout s’est bien passé. Les travaux ont été bien faits et la résidence est très propre. Les prix sont très convenables, comparativement à d’autres résidences.
