The senior living residence is organized into living areas on each floor, each with its own dining room and common spaces, creating a more intimate and welcoming environment for daily life. Residents are also free to move throughout the residence and enjoy all of the shared areas.

Several common areas are available for residents, including a community room, a lounge with a fireplace, a library, a games room, a gym, a hair salon, foot care services on site, and a garden, offering many opportunities to relax and participate in activities.

To facilitate access to care and services, the residence also includes an on-site pharmacy and an in-house physician, allowing for quicker and more personalized follow-up when needed.

Mobility is made easy with a city bus stop located directly in front of the residence, as well as a shuttle service available twice a week for essential outings.
