Le plaisir de vivre
Un endroit confortable et agréable. Grande variété de services avec un personnel aux petits soins et à l’écoute des résidents. La nourriture est très bonne. J’y suis depuis l’ouverture et j’ai l’impression d’habiter dans un hôtel de luxe. Excellent service.

Questions and answers
Comme plusieurs résidences au Québec, L'Initial a beaucoup de problèmes a combler les postes pour les soins de la santé. Mon père souffrait d'alzheimer et on a découvert très rapidement que le personel n'était pas vraiement entrainer pour gérer ces genres de cas. Même si c'est l'objectif principal de la section des soins de la santé. Nous avons aussi rapidement que l'objectif principal du groupe Maurice est de faire le plus de profit possible au lieu d'être d'assurer un propre niveau de services pour les résidents. Peu d'effort effectuer par la gestion et le personnel pour assurer que mon père prenait tous ses médicaments, ce qui a résulté a son hospitalisation juste avant Nöel.
