Meals and Dining
5-week rotating menus that incorporate local and seasonal products. The rotating menu changes each season. It is created based on resident preferences and with the involvement of the food service chefs from each LOKIA Group facility, as well as our corporate director of food services. The vast majority of LOKIA residences employ the services of a pastry chef for the preparation of homemade desserts !

Villa Opale
- A warm living environment
In 2025, the Missionary Sisters of the Immaculate Conception and the Priests of the Society of Foreign Missions of Quebec wrote a new chapter in their history by placing their trust in LOKIA. This collaboration opens the doors of Villa Opale at 650, 32nd Avenue in Lachine, a historic borough on the island of Montreal. Founded in 1667, Lachine was a highly strategic location for the fur trade and later became a seigneury granted to René Robert Cavelier de La Salle. De La Salle had set out to discover a route to China, but after an unsuccessful expedition, the town—formerly called Saint-Sulpice—was humorously nicknamed "Lachine." The name was later officially recognized in 1676! Villa Opale offers 225 housing units across two accommodation sectors: the Main Space, designed for independent residents, and the Oasis Space, dedicated to individuals experiencing a loss of autonomy.
