Rental units adapted to your needs
With its 500 units, The Les Tours Gouin Residence offers a range of accommodations based on your needs. Residents may choose between four types of rental units:
- Studio 1 ½
- Large suite 1 ½
- 3 ½
- 4 ½
All 450 apartments include a full kitchen, private bathroom, appliances, air conditioning and a large private balcony, from which the majority of the apartments have a view of the Des Prairies River. Each unit also includes a landline telephone and cable TV.
Finally, all apartments are renovated and freshly painted for all new residents.
Care units for semi-autonomous residents
The Tours Gouin Residence also includes around forty care units for recovery or for residents experiencing a slight loss of autonomy. These units provide specialized care to residents including housekeeping, medication management and assistance with getting dressed and getting in and out of bed, provided by our staff nurses.
These units are available as bedrooms or in 2½ rental units. These Care Units also include 3 daily meals.
