Résidence Les Tours Gouin is a certified private seniors’ residence (RPA) located at 6835 Gouin Boulevard East in Montréal-Nord. Right on the waterfront, it offers a magnificent view of the Rivière des Prairies, which residents can also enjoy from the dining room. With 500 units, from studios to 4 ½ apartments, it is one of the largest seniors residences in Montréal-Nord. It welcomes independent seniors, semi-independent seniors with a loss of autonomy and people who need a short convalescent stay.
The staff at Résidence Les Tours Gouin respond to each resident’s needs. A nursing team is on site 24/7, and a doctor, a physiotherapist and a massage therapist are available on site. For residents with a loss of autonomy, staff help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, getting up and going to bed, and medication management. The residence also has a medical clinic, a pharmacy, a hair salon and a shuttle service. Depending on the plan chosen, up to three meals a day and a snack are offered.
Leisure options are plentiful, including an indoor pool, a fitness room, choir, social dancing, bridge, mini golf and a vegetable garden. The residence is close to several stores and to Marie-Clarac Hospital, also located on Gouin Boulevard East. The hospital offers short-term care, intensive functional rehabilitation and palliative care. Staff speak English and French, and the residence offers exceptional services in terms of safety, health care and leisure.

Ça fait 2 ans que je suis résidente et c'est de pire en pire. La propreté des lieux et la nourriture laissent à désirer. Ils ont coupé dans tout, ça a vraiment changé malheureusement.

Located in an idyllic setting on the banks of the Rivière des Prairies river, The Residence Les Tours Gouin in Montreal welcomes both autonomous and semi-autonomous residents to enjoy and share its warm ambience and safe environment.
Un lieu de vie extraordinaire. Un personnel ouvert, gentil et accueillant. Une salle à manger extra sur le bord de l'eau. De la bonne nourriture avec beaucoup de choix et un bar à salade. Très agréable et pratique de pouvoir apporter sa propre bouteille de vin à la salle à manger (très rare dans les RPA).
