J’aimerai partager mon expérience comme membre du personnel depuis 7 ans. C’est un milieu familial, avec du personnel accueillant et serviable. Les propriétaires sont généreux de leur personne et sont à l’écoute des résidents et du personnel. Un gros merci au CIUSSS de l’Est (toute l’équipe) qui collabore bien avec notre résidence afin d’offrir ensemble un très bon service de qualité. Merci d’enrichir notre calendrier des loisirs avec le programme Pied, donné par une kinésiologue. Merci à l’équipe de la cuisine pour la bonne nourriture, variée et délicieuse. Les thèmes leur permettent de connecter avec le goût de leurs origines et à la foi de découvrir d’autres variétés 🥰 Merci à notre Médecin qui est présent 2 fois par moi et disponible à distance pour faire les suivis de nos résidents. Merci à l’équipe des soins pour leur bon travail et leur dévouement. Merci à l’équipe administrative et le bureau de location qui sont à l’accueil et à l’écoute. Ensemble et avec amour, on a créé ce beau paradis, la Résidence le Parc, pour nos chers (es) résidents ♥️🥰♥️
Questions and answers
Ma mère y habite depuis quelques années. Milieu familial, activités variées, beau grand parc avec balançoire, fontaine et trottoir pour la marche. C’est très agréable l’été. Il y a également la possibilité d’un mini jardin. Ma mère profite également de l’ouverture du nouveau dépanneur. La nourriture est très bonne et variée. En bref, elle adore son nouveau milieu de vie. Le personnel est courtois et à l’écoute des résidents.
