During my visit to Manoir Gouin, I discovered how the residence is reinventing the dining experience through a modern and interactive concept. I got to watch residents order exactly what they want to eat directly on a touch screen at the entrance of the dining room. I loved this interface, which features a beautifully curated visual presentation of the dishes to tantalize the taste buds before the first bite. Once their selection is made, I saw the dedicated staff provide table service. In my opinion, it is the perfect blend of technological convenience and attentive service!
