I wanted to write a favorable review about this residence because my whole family has been so pleased with their care. My mother moved in this summer, into a very pretty apartment on a higher floor; it seemed like a tree house. The residence is in an older and established neighborhood, which we loved. Some neighboring residences are all built on large, treeless boulevards. This location has a lot of charm. There is such a pretty garden off the dining room. There is also an indoor pool and library right off the main reception area. We liked the smaller feel of this place too with no long corridors and spaces to get lost. From our first contact with Heidi Wise (so welcoming, kind, detailed, and thoughtful) to other members of the Manoir, we were impressed, both with the front desk ladies and the back office. It is scary and uneasy when one has to think about moving one’s parent. The Manoir Kirkland made our experience very pleasant. My family and I thank you all.
