    Ma mère a été une résidente à cet endroit et je n'ai que du bon à dire de l'endroit et du personnel. Ma mère a eu des bons soins et le personnel a toujours été attentif à ses besoins jusqu'à la fin. Je vous remercie grandement au 4e étage pour les soins que vous avez donné à ma mère, pour votre patience, votre dévouement et vos explications quand elle était en fin de vie. On n'avait jamais l'impression de les déranger quand on avait des questions et dans ses derniers moments, les infirmiers(ères) nous disaient de ne pas hésiter à aller les chercher s'il y avait quelque soit qui nous troublait.
