The EMD-Batimo Group is leading this project in association with Chartwell, which is managing the complex under a partnership that has united the two companies for more than ten years.

J'ai visité la Résidence Légende récemment et dans l'ensemble, j'en suis ressorti avec une très bonne impression — c'est vraiment une résidence de très haute qualité. Cela dit, le bruit provenant du boulevard Taschereau est assez important et ce n'est pas un détail à négliger. Il y avait également des travaux en cours lors de ma visite, ce qui est à prendre en compte. Pour notre situation personnelle, la distance jusqu'à Varennes, où habite notre fils, est malheureusement trop grande pour que ce soit vraiment pratique au quotidien.
