Near the Residence
Un ami réside du côté RI (Résidence Intermédiaire / déficience cognitive). Le personnel est très attentionné. Je leur lève mon chapeau! Ils ont énormément à faire (il devrait y avoir davantage de PAB pour répondre à tous les besoins des résidents. Malgré tout, ils sont majoritairement souriants et on les sent dévoués à leur clientèle. Les lieux sont propres et bien entretenus. J'ai été témoin de certaines activités comme la musique et la zoothérapie. Les résidents avaient l'air d'apprécier. Les chambres sont d'une bonne grandeur, mais méritent d'être personnalisées par les familles pour moins laisser paraître le côté médicalisé.
