The Carignan maison des aînés et alternative (MDAA) will be built in the Center sector of
Carignan, at one end of rue Marie-Anne Ouest and will have a total of 96 places: 72 places for seniors and 24 places for adults with specific needs. It will open its doors in the Fall of 2023.
