The Pavillon Chapleau, designed for seniors with physical or cognitive loss of autonomy, including those living with Alzheimer’s disease, features modern common areas and personalized services to ensure comfort, safety, and quality of life for every resident.

The story of Les Résidences des Bâtisseurs began with the initiative of three Quebecers who wanted to innovate in the field of retirement living by creating stimulating and inspiring environments. The group opened its first senior living residence in Louiseville in 2015, and since then, it has expanded to manage several establishments across Quebec, offering housing adapted to the needs of independent seniors as well as care services for those with a loss of autonomy.
