The residence features 271 apartments, ranging from studios to 4½ units up to 1105 sq. ft., with optional services including housekeeping, a three-meal plan, and indoor parking.
Pavillon Rigaud, founded in 2009, is dedicated to seniors with reduced autonomy. This care unit includes 70 rooms and a team on-site to provide personalized care for the physical and cognitive needs of each resident, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality of life every day.
