Les soins ne sont pas assez personnalisés pour les résidents qui font de l'alzheimer. Les repas sont servis à heures fixes et sont bien servis.
Questions and answers
Changement de personnel et directeur constamment. Le personnel ne connaisse aucunement les patients donc pas personnalisé du tout, ne sont aucunement au courant des particularités des patients, et ce sont des cas assez lourds pour certains (ma grand-mère y est). C'est vraiment déplorable ! Les balcons ne sont pas sécuritaires.
