Since it opened in 2010, La Maison Adhémar-Dion, located in Terrebonne, offers palliative care to seniors at the end of their lives in the Lanaudière region. This non-profit care center along the Rivière des Prairies, which provides care on four dimensions: the physical, psychological, social and spiritual dimensions. The possibility is offered to relatives, if it is the wish of the resident, to cohabit with him.
Professional services are provided with the close collaboration of CISSS de Lanaudière. For admission, please contact the CLSC in your area.

Je tiens à remercier tout le personnel de La Maison Adhémar-Dion. Mon conjoint y a séjourné du 9 janvier 2026 jusqu'au 15 février 2026. Il a reçu tous les soins nécessaires à son bien-être et je me suis sentie comprise et soutenue dans cette épreuve qu'est le deuil de mon conjoint. Il a même eu la chance de se lier d'amitié avec un autre résident. C'était tellement beau de les voir ensemble unis, malgré la maladie. C'est un milieu humain où l'on se sent vraiment très bien !

L’équipe est extraordinaire! Votre maison de soins palliatifs est exceptionnelle. La rigueur et la détermination de donner une fin de vie, qu’il méritait, à mon oncle Guy a été incroyable. Bravo! D’avoir été là pour nous accompagner pendant ces moments difficiles.
