La résidence est très agréable dans l’ensemble. Les studios sont spacieux, lumineux et offrent beaucoup d’espace de rangement, en plus d’un grand balcon, ce qui est très appréciable. Cependant, le service des repas dans la salle à manger du rez-de-chaussée pourrait être amélioré. L’organisation semble avoir des difficultés, ce qui entraîne de longues attentes avant d’être servis, même durant les périodes moins achalandées comme l’heure du dîner. Malgré plusieurs commentaires de la part des résidents, la situation ne semble pas avoir évolué.

Bonjour iĺ y des problèmes du fait de ne pas avoir la possibilité d'avoir une deuxième puce surtout pour les clients qui ont de la misère à fonctionner. Ma femme a eu de la misère a entrer pour voir sa mère et des fois c'est urgent. Si ma femme avait une puce ce serait plus sécuritaire et sécurisant. Vous avez une responsabilité envers vos clients. Bref offrez la possibilité d'avoir une deuxième puce pour une certain clientele plus vulnerable. Merci.
