Dans l'ensemble la résidence est magnifique. Les chambres sont lumineuses. Ma mère est très confortable dans cette résidence. L'équipe est très chaleureuse. Malgré un changement de direction, l'équipe en place est très serviable et dynamique. Ma mère mange bien et adore la tranquillité que cette résidence lui offre.
Questions and answers
La résidence offre un environnement assez simple, sans éléments de luxe, surtout en considérant le prix demandé. Les repas pourraient être améliorés pour mieux refléter les coûts. Plusieurs changements de direction ont eu lieu récemment, ce qui peut affecter la stabilité. L’administration semble parfois difficile à joindre pour les résidents. Dans certaines situations, il arrive que des résidents participent aux tâches en raison d’un manque de personnel.
