La Résidence du Groupe Fari

Groupe Fari's future retirement home project was presented to the public in February 2021. The building should have a maximum height of six floors and could offer 56 rooms and 116 apartment. The building will host autonomous and retired occupant of half-autonomous people . There will be a very large parking space with at least 84 spaces. Construction of the residence is planned on des flandres street in the city of Rimouski. The construction should start in the next few months if citizens approve the project. The mayor said that the housing could be affordable.
