General information

The Fjord residence has 48 individual rooms in RPA for an autonomous or semi-autonomous clientele with light physical and cognitive losses. They are spread over 3 floors and two common lounges are available to residents to be able to socialize with each other. A dedicated team on site offers care adapted to the needs of the clientele in collaboration with the home support of the Integrated University Health and Social Services Center of Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean. Surveillance rounds are made in each room, day and night, to ensure better security for residents. Three meals taken in the dining room and respecting the nutritional needs of the residents are prepared on site each day. Activities according to the needs and tastes of the residents are planned throughout the week by our staff. It is important to note that we do not have an anti-fugue system in the RPA part.
